I saw him absolutely take over against Indiana with 29 points, and tonight he faces a Bulls team that's missing their primary perimeter defenders. Chicago plays at a breakneck pace, which means more possessions and more opportunities for Banchero to bully his way to the cup or draw fouls. He's averaged nearly 24 a game against the Bulls in his career, and without Wagner to share the load, I expect him to blow past this 23.5 line by the middle of the fourth.
