Philadelphia is sending six right-handed hitters at him. Righties have produced a .294 average and .871 OPS against Kikuchi, while his slider and splitter have both allowed damaging contact. The Angels' recent bullpen workload could lengthen his leash, but at essentially even money, I'm betting the Phillies make that sixth inning difficult to reach.

Kikuchi has issued 15 walks in 36 innings and is making only his second start after a lengthy absence. Harper should receive four or five opportunities from the third spot, and plus money is attractive for a hitter who has been reaching without needing a hit nearly every night.
