Basallo is specifically built to exploit this matchup, as 13 of his 15 home runs and the vast majority of his production (.853 OPS) have come against right-handed pitching. Batting 5th in a potent Orioles lineup, Basallo will have plenty of RBI opportunities hitting behind Gunnar Henderson and Dylan Beavers, both of whom possess strong on-base skills.
The warm conditions at Camden Yards (84°F) and Lugo's elevated 10.1% barrel rate allowed suggest that one well-struck ball from Basallo could easily clear this prop. At +138, we are getting an excellent price on a middle-of-the-order lefty facing a struggling righty who is prone to the long ball.
