It is a high-stakes environment in a hostile building, but the situation strongly favors the road underdog.

The 7.5-point spread feels entirely too wide when you look at how Charlotte dictates the flow of a basketball game. The 49ers operate at one of the most methodical tempos in the country, averaging just 63.5 possessions per game. Florida Atlantic wants to push the pace, but when a slow team executes, they drag the faster team into the mud.
