Toronto (9-13) brings a Tier 1 defense to the field, anchored by the return of Daulton Varsho in center and a Gold Glove-caliber middle infield in Andrés Giménez and Ernie Clement. This unit provides a massive safety net for Corbin’s fly-ball tendencies, whereas Kochanowicz has no such luxury. The Angels (11-13) offense has completely stalled, averaging a meager 1.3 runs per game over their last three outings. With the Blue Jays finding their rhythm and Vladdy treating Anaheim like a batting cage, the value sits squarely with the road team at a near-even price.
