NBA7:10 PM ET
Detroit Pistons @ New York Knicks
Both teams are bottom five in pace and offensive efficiency, and neither has cracked 105 points in 3 of their last 5. With no significant line movement and both sides healthy but stagnant offensively, this is a grind-it-out slog—slam the UNDER 212.5.
UNDER 212.5-110
NBA10:00 PM ET
Denver Nuggets @ Los Angeles Clippers
Clippers are being overvalued by the books after a couple hot games, but Denver's advanced metrics (net rating, rebounding edge, clutch performance) keep them in every spot. No significant line movement or trap, and Nuggets' depth is healthy. I'll take the 6.5 with the better all-around roster and playoff poise.
Denver Nuggets +6.5-105
NBA8:00 PM ET
Golden State Warriors @ Houston Rockets
Houston's home splits have been sharp, especially defensively, and they're 6-2 ATS as a home dog in their last eight. Warriors' aging core looks gassed on back-to-backs, and the spread hasn't budged despite heavy public money on Golden State—books aren't sweating. Numbers say this is a tight one: Grab the points with the young, hungry Rockets.
Houston Rockets +5-110
NBA7:10 PM ET
Indiana Pacers @ Cleveland Cavaliers
Pacers have the offensive firepower and pace to hang with Cleveland, especially catching +8. Cavs defense is solid but they're streaky against up-tempo teams and Indy’s bench is deeper. No significant line movement or sharp/public split—this is pure value on a number that’s too fat for a team that can score in bunches. I’ll take my Pacers and the points with confidence.
Indiana Pacers +8-106
MLB7:05 PM ET
Chicago Cubs @ Pittsburgh Pirates
Both offenses have been ice cold lately—Pirates averaging just 2.7 runs/game over the last week, Cubs not much better. Pitching matchups point to a low-scoring grind, and line stability shows no sharp action trying to bait you. The under is the only side with real backbone here.
UNDER 7.5-110
MLB7:10 PM ET
St. Louis Cardinals @ Cincinnati Reds
Reds' lineup is rolling—top 5 in OPS last 10 games, bullpen ERA under 2.50 in that span, and they're healthy. Cards' bats are cold and bullpen is leaking runs late. No sharp/public split or line movement traps. My system, plus a little Queen City loyalty, says Reds take care of business.
Cincinnati Reds ML-118
MLB7:10 PM ET
Arizona Diamondbacks @ New York Mets
Mets have the superior pitching matchup, top-5 bullpen ERA, and have been hot at home while Arizona’s lineup is scuffling off a road trip. Line is stable, no trap here, and the Mets’ bats match up well against Arizona’s left-handed starter. I’m hammering the run line with confidence.
New York Mets -1.5+145
MLB7:10 PM ET
Cleveland Guardians @ Minnesota Twins
Guardians have the edge in bullpen ERA, defensive metrics, and recent form. Twins bats have cooled off, and Cleveland's lineup is getting clutch hits late. No significant line movement or sharp/public split—this is a straight numbers play, and the Guardians' consistency gets it done.
Cleveland Guardians ML-110
MLB8:10 PM ET
Tampa Bay Rays @ Kansas City Royals
Both clubs rank bottom-third in slugging over their last 10, and the bullpens are quietly top-10 in ERA this month. No significant line movement or public/sharp splits—books are begging for over money. Don't bite. This one's a grind-it-out, low-scoring affair.
UNDER 8.5-125
MLB7:10 PM ET
Chicago White Sox @ Milwaukee Brewers
Brewers' bats are heating up and they're 8-2 in their last 10 at home, while the White Sox have the worst road record in baseball and struggle to score. No fishy line movement, and the Brewers' bullpen is lights-out lately—I'm laying the run-and-a-half with confidence.
Milwaukee Brewers -1.5-105
MLB9:40 PM ET
Texas Rangers @ Oakland Athletics
Texas bats are heating up, ranking top-5 in hard-hit rate over the last week, while Oakland's bullpen owns a 5.15 ERA at home. With no sharp line movement and the Rangers' lineup showing real muscle against right-handers, laying the runline at +130 is a cold-blooded value play. Don’t overthink it.
Texas Rangers -1.5+130
MLB7:10 PM ET
Philadelphia Phillies @ Washington Nationals
Phillies are red-hot, crushing righties (.780 OPS last 10), and their bullpen is top-3 in xFIP over the past two weeks. Nationals' offense has cooled, and their pen is leaking runs late. No funny business with the line—just a better team rolling with momentum. Lay the run line, take the plus money.
Phillies -1.5+125
MLB7:10 PM ET
Toronto Blue Jays @ Boston Red Sox
Both teams are bottom-10 in OPS over the last 10 games and neither lineup is clicking. Pitching matchups trend toward quality starts, and with no line movement or public steam, this total is a half-run too high. Old-school system loves the under in a cold bats matchup.
Under 8.5-105
MLB1:10 PM ET
Los Angeles Angels @ Detroit Tigers
The Tigers own every edge here: they're at home, their bullpen has been nails (top-7 ERA last 10), and the Angels lineup is cratering—bottom-5 in wRC+ and averaging under 3.5 runs/game this road trip. No sharp movement, just raw value on Detroit's consistency and momentum. Tigers handle business.
Detroit Tigers ML-120
MLB3:45 PM ET
Colorado Rockies @ San Francisco Giants
Giants have a strong home/road split edge, better bullpen and lineup OPS, and Rockies are just 4-14 last 18 road games. No sharp money moving against the Giants, and the Rockies bats have been ice cold. Laying the run line with San Fran is the only play with this matchup — my system has them winning by 3+ runs.
San Francisco Giants -1.5-102
